West, it has been widely excepted that Tai Chi and Qi
Gong
are beneficial to our bodies
and health. Particularly in
body stability, joint recovery, physical rehabilitation,
and preventing cancer.
Tai Chi is well-known for its
series of smooth flowing connecting movements, to
improve posture,
vitality, balance, concentration and
well being. Qi Gong involves similar movements to
understand our
bodies energy flow, staying in tune with
your feelings internally and externally, and controlling
your
breathing to release any tensions. Qi Gong is taught
as an inseparable part of Tai Chi.
